Job Title: SDE Role

Location: Redmond, WA

Client: Microsoft – Managed Services 

Job Responsibilities

• Helping the main escalation engineer resolving new escalations raised, including.
• Analyse and resolve bugs and other issues related to escalations.
• Onboarding/Adding new features to existing service at client’s requests.
• Supporting Cross team collaboration with other MS teams, including debugging and development
• Report/Summarize incidents and document resolution for future references.

Job Requirement:

• Experience in C#.
• Experience in SQL/Cosmos/Scope scripting
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
• client is looking for a BE engineer who can prepare data pipeline from Cosmos for reports, has experience on scope script in cosmos and possibility some exposure to Geneva dashboard programming.
