We are hiring an HR specialist based in LA. It's a 6-month contractor position with the possibility to be extended. Bilingual required. Candidates based in LA highly preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide service to employees and managers regarding benefits, policies, and procedures, including healthcare insurances and 401k.
• Provide onboarding and offboarding services.
• Work with HR management and support enrollment and reconcile monthly bills connecting with insurance carriers and financial procedures.
• Provide assistance on vendor management.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR operations/Benefits experience
• Detail-oriented and great communication skills
• Prior experience in a startup is a huge plus
• Bilingual: Mandarin & English
