Leasing Agent

We are looking for capable Leasing Agent to lease properties to prospective lessors, receive rental payments, service current tenants and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Present properties to prospective tenants
• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Confirm and process all rental applications using provided rental criteria and screening program
• Stay knowledgeable of the current rental market
• Use Yardi System to reply the message from tenants
• Assist Property Manager with collections, notices, and tenant relations

Skills

• Working knowledge of real estate law, leasing practices and Fair Housing Law(preferred)
• Yardi System (preferred)
• Proved successful sales record
• MS Office
• Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced quick changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Chinese is a plus
• Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills

Experience:

• Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Yardi System Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00+ /hour
